When brokering art, we retain an agreed percentage for the often time-consuming search, depending on the value of the artwork.
In other cases, our fee consists of fixed hourly rates plus expenses like travel costs, organizational fees for meetings, reports and phone calls. In some cases, a fixed flat rate can be agreed upon.
In the event of disputes and court cases, it is possible to reclaim the fee from the liable party through recourse proceedings (“polluter pays principle”). Please feel free to contact us, the initial phone consultation is free of charge.
